Pmunny asked:

I am 15 and I decided it is time to go full out golf. I am getting lessons, have a range pass, a membership, basically everything related to the course. But while I am at my house, in the winter or the summer, what exercises should I do to improve my game?

Your young, I do not recommend heavy weight lifting at this growing stage in your life.
Try getting stretching cables, there good for stretches, and building some muscle without over doing it.
Always remember cardio, at least 3 times a week.

stretching your upper body could really benefit your game. obviosuly, the more flex you can get out of your torso the better because that means you can take your swing back further.

you could also do pushups to gain upper body strength.

long walks/runs will help you out too. im not sure if your on the school team–but most schools require their players to walk. so anything you can do to prepare yourself for this would benefit you greatly.

good luck! i admire your determination and initiative at 15!!!
